Windows Vista Transformation Pack For Windows 7

Please Dont Start laughing by seeing the title of the post. Who knows! When we want what! So Its then time for Windows Vista on your Windows 7. Not Systematically but visually. Today i came up with total Windows Vista transformation pack for your Windows 7 Operating system. Lets try it!

To use the theme:

1. Patch your UXTHEME files
2. Copy "Themes" to your Windows directory
3. Right click on Desktop > Personalize > chose Vista Aero or Vista Basic.
To get the Vista Sidebar:
1. Take Ownership of your "Windows Sidebar" in"Prgs Files"
2. Rename it to something like "7 Sidebar"
3. Copy my "Windows Sidebar" to "Prgs Files" directory
4. Right click on Desktop > Gadgets or run sidebar.exe.
To get the logon screen ,the vista aurora shellstyle, vista about dialog, vista system properties:
NOTE: This require Win7x86 RTM. Don't follow this guide if you're using x64.
1. Take ownership of "imageres.dll","shell32.dll" and all files in "Branding" folder in "System32", "explorer.exe" in "Windows"
2. Rename and back it up.
3. Copy all files in "Win7_x86_7600 Resources" to "Windows".
4. Restart your PC.

2 Important Notes:

**Many 3rd party themes are not installed properly if you dont patch your uxtheme file.Because the GUI of any themes are dependent on these file.typically it doesn't allow user to rewrite windows's original data.So Click Here to download 1 click Utility tools to patch your uxtheme file.
**Always create a restore point for critical visual themes in order to protect your system.
