    HTC unveils U11 in India for 51,900 rupess

    Yesterday HTC has unveiled its 2017 flagship U11 in India. Luckily its the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory varient of U11 with a price tag of 51,900 rupees or 810 US dollar. If you want to compare, The 6GB RAM 128GB memory Galaxy S8 Plus has a price tag set at 74,900 rupees, while the regular Galaxy S8 is also more expensive at 64,900 rupees. HTC U11 will be available via Amazon India and through offline retailers from last week of June. One good news is customers availing the pre-orders via HTC's online store will receive an HTC flip cover worth Rs. 1,999 for free. HTC is also offering Standard Chartered debit, credit card users, the option of 10 per cent cash back on the price for those pre-booking the phone.

    TC latest flagship smartphone gets most of the high-end specs you would expect in 2017. The HTC U11 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with the company's HTC Sense skin on top. It sports a 5.5-inch Quad HD (1440x2560 pixels) Super LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. Powering the HTC U11 is a 2.45GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and, as mentioned earlier, the India variant gets 6GB of RAM. It is offered with 128GB of built-in storage, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 2TB).


    On the camera front, HTC U11 comes with 12MP rear camera with the company’s UltraPixel 3 one. It has 1.4μm pixel size, UltraSpeed Autofocus, BSI sensor and OIS. The aperture is Æ’/1.7 and there’s Dual LED flash on board. HTC has added a Pro mode with manual control as well as RAW format support on this phone. The camera is capable of 4K recording with 3D Audio, Hi-Res audio, Acoustic Focus as well. The front camera is 16MP with BSI sensor, live make-up, auto Selfie, Voice Selfie and HDR boost, along with support for 1080p video recording.
