Latest Samsung Gear S3 with support iPhone too

Samsung finally unveiled the Gear S3 smartwatch today. Samsung has stepped up the smartwatch game with its latest product and this will undoubtedly be one of the hottest smartwatches on the market this year. Like its predecessor the Gear S2, the new Samsung smartwatch works with any Android smartphone that’s running version 4.4 or up. Also like its predecessor, the Gear S3 will also work with the iPhone. Back in the beginning of 2016, Samsung promised that it would bring support for its circular Gear S2 smartwatch to iPhone users, with a Gear Manager app for iOS.

Samsung Gear S2 and Gear Fit 2 soon to support iPhones, Manager app currently in beta testing

We have known for a long time now that the Gear S2 is compatible with the iPhone. Samsung has not yet released the Gear Manager app for iOS which is required to make the smartwatch work with an iOS device. But we believe Samsung is in the final stages of developing the app and is gearing up. Currently, a beta test program has been initiated in South Korea, and it seems that iPhone users will be able to pair both the Gear S2 smartwatch and the new Gear Fit 2 fitness tracker to their smartphones. The program is supposed to run until the 19th of September, at which point, we suppose, a launch date should be unveiled. The Gear S3 Classic and Frontier will start shipping later this year.
