AMD Introduces Radeon DDR3 RAM for Your PC
AMD website just has one new product. Its sounds awesome for everyone, especially gamers. The company will be entering the RAM market soon with their own RAM modules. The modules will be branded as Radeon, just like AMD's GPUs. The actual DRAM chips are also made by AMD. The RAM modules will be available in three SKUs: the entry-level "Entertainment" sticks (clocked at 1333MHz), followed by speedier "Ultra Pro" (1666MHz) and an "Enterprise" RAM of an unknown speed. All three will have the same density of 2GB and are based on the DDR3 standard.
Expected price of 2GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM will be around $20.
