How To Install:
--> Copy Longhorn PowerPlus folder to c:\windows\resources\themes.
--> Go to Desktop Personalize & apply Longhorn PowerPlus, Longhorn Power Blue, Longhorn Power Grey, Longhorn Power Green or Longhorn Power Orange Theme.
--> Replace all the system file by using Windows Theme Installer. You can find it below this page.
