Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Beta Leaks Over Internet
We all are waiting for the 1st service pack of Windows 7. Most Windows 7 users are expecting the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 to be released in 2010. Microsoft has already mentioned that it will not contain major changes or additions. A beta release of the service pack 1 for Windows 7 is expected to be released in April or May depending on the progress made by the developers.
The guys over at GeekSmack are now reporting that a beta build of Windows 7 SP1 has leaked and that it is likely that it will be made available through the usual channels (that is P2P for instance) in the coming days.
The reviewer is not mentioning any changes to the system. Maybe he did not have the time to take a deeper look or there are not any major changes in this release just as Microsoft let us know.
Below are the screenshots from the installation of the Service Pack 1.
